Q: How will I know my purchase has been confirmed and when will I received my item?
A: An email confirmation will be sent to enduser and delivery of the item will
be within 2 to 3 working days. For urgent deliveries, please contact Cedric or Serene
to expedite delivery.
Q: Is the online shop only for direct purchase?
A: No. The online shop can also be used to generate a quotation for company/institute.
The confirmation order can be used to generate a PO, as there is a confirmation
order number. Upon receipt of PO by AIT Biotech, the product will be sent with PO
number stated on the invoice.
