New to Next Generation Sequencing and Bioinformatics?

The course aims to arm the participant with the basic knowledge to start analyzing the huge datasets generated by current NGS platforms. The course assumes the participant has no prior knowledge of Linux or programming knowledge but knows what is NGS and hopes to find out more about NGS data analysis or is planning the downstream analysis of their NGS experiment.
