• Reverse phase purification as standard purification method.

• HPLC purification will remove majority of truncated oligos created during synthesis,thus increasing the purity of full length oligo in the final yield (95% - 99%).

 

Quality Control:

* Mass spectrophotometry (MALDI-TOF) is able to distinguish between full length and truncated oligos. Any crude oligos that cannot pass our quality specification will be resynthesized.
 

^ Polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis quality control will be performed for oligos greater than 50mers in length.
